Some Disney animations are good.  But there aren't many animations that I just love & adore. The majority of them are made by Hayao Miyazaki 宮崎 駿, which I recommend to any kids & adults.

A while back, I was about to skip through the advertisements to watch the ABC's Gardening Australia, but these little cute insects caught my eye.

This is one episode of the short animated series - Minuscule. It shows on ABC on Saturday just before 6:30pm (weekly I suppose). Each episode is only a few minutes. In my opinion, it is the best few minutes to light up your week. Beautiful real-life scenery, cute little well-animated insects, humorous storyline, wonderful sound effects. No dialogue is needed. You just follow the everyday life of the insects. Seeing our world through their eyes. I guess you would have to watch it to see what I mean.

I can't wait to see what adventures hold in the next episode for the hard-working working ants, the mystery red spider, the mischievous ladybug...

Just to say I am still here since I have been MIA from the blog for a while. Just some stuff happening and I haven't really been able to cook much lately.

I have noticed that many people are searching for the Easy Cook health oven. You can see some of my posts on the oven here.  You are welcome to leave me a comment or question regardless whether you are looking to buy, or has a great idea/recipe using the EasyCook etc.

Hopefully I would be able to post more recipes soon.

As promised, here is the recipe to use for my leftover Chinese Roast Pork. It is braised with tofu & bean curd sticks.

There are also many other ingredients you can add to this dish. Such as shiitake mushroom, baby corn, winter melon, yam noodles or cellophane noodles etc.

I preferred to use soft tofu to give a more delicate texture to the dish. Frying the tofu lightly will help them to retain its shape. You must also put the tofu in at the end just to heat up, don't stir too much.

A friend is coming over from Singapore for holiday this week. She has requested to try my Chinese roast pork. With only one successful attempt on my hand, I thought I would re-test my recipe to make sure everything go according to plan. Hubby, of course, had no objection, just because he gets to eat more!
